Can we stack NRC IRAP grants with our annual SR&ED tax credits?
Yes. While the portion of salaries funded directly by IRAP grants is excluded from qualifying SR&ED expenditures (to prevent double-dipping), the remaining 20%+ of internal payroll plus overhead remains eligible for full SR&ED tax credit claims.
